Incoloy 825 Fasteners consist of Nickel (38–46%), Iron (22% min), Chromium (19.5–23.5%), Molybdenum (2.5–3.5%), Copper (1.5–3%), and Titanium (0.6–1.2%). These fasteners have superior mechanical properties like tensile strength of 690 MPa, yield strength of 275 MPa, and elongation of 30%. Physical properties are a density of 8.14 g/cm³ and a melting point of about 1370°C. Incoloy 825 provides excellent resistance to sulfuric and phosphoric acids, chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking, and pitting and is best suited for severe chemical and marine environments.
