Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Fasteners consist essentially of Nickel (30–35%), Chromium (19–23%), and Iron (39.5% min), with addition of Aluminum (0.15–0.60%), Titanium (0.15–0.60%), and Carbon (0.05% max for 800, 0.05–0.10% for 800H/800HT). These fasteners have superior mechanical properties, such as tensile strength of 520–590 MPa, yield strength of approximately 205 MPa, and elongation of 30–35%. Their physical properties are density of 7.94 g/cm³ and a melting point of 1357–1385°C. These alloys have tremendous resistance to oxidation, carburization, and creep at high temperatures and are thus very suitable for thermal and corrosive conditions.

Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Bolts and screws find extensive use in high-temperature environments including heat exchanger components, pressure vessels, reformer outlet piping, superheater tubes, and furnace tubes. Due to their high oxidation resistance, carburization, and long-duration thermal exposure characteristics, they can be applied for petrochemical processing, electric power generation, and nuclear power applications.
