Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Pipes are made up of Nickel (30.0–35.0%), Chromium (19.0–23.0%), and Iron (balance), with trace elements like Carbon (up to 0.10% for 800, 0.05–0.10% for 800H, 0.06–0.10% for 800HT), Aluminum (0.15–0.60%), and Titanium (0.15–0.60%). These alloys have very good mechanical strength with tensile strength of 520 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 30%. Physically, they have a melting range of 1357–1385°C and exhibit structural stability at high temperatures and are therefore fit for thermal cycling and extended exposure to heat applications.
