Incoloy 825 Pipes are comprised of Nickel (38–46%), Iron (min 22%), Chromium (19.5–23.5%), Molybdenum (2.5–3.5%), Copper (1.5–3%), Titanium (0.6–1.2%), and small quantities of Carbon (max 0.05%) and Manganese (max 1%). These pipes have superior mechanical properties, which consist of tensile strength of 690 MPa, yield strength of 275 MPa, and elongation of 30%. Physical properties are a density of 8.14 g/cm³ and melting point of approximately 1370°C. Incoloy 825 pipes have superior resistance to acids, pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride stress corrosion cracking.
