Inconel 625 Bars consist of Nickel (58% min), Chromium (20–23%), Molybdenum (8–10%), Niobium + Tantalum (3.15–4.15%), and Iron (balance) along with minute quantities of Carbon (max 0.10%), Manganese (max 0.50%), and Silicon (max 0.50%). These bars have excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength of approximately 827 MPa, yield strength of 414 MPa, and elongation of 30–35%. The density is 8.44 g/cm³ and the melting point is between 1290°C and 1350°C. Inconel 625 has superior resistance to oxidation, pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking.
