Inconel 925/926 Bar consists of Nickel (38–46%), Chromium (19.5–23.5%), Iron (balance), Molybdenum (2–3%), Copper (1.5–3%), Aluminum (≤0.04%), Titanium (1.9–2.4%), and minute quantities of Manganese and Silicon (≤1%). Mechanical characteristics comprise tensile strength of about 760 MPa, yield strength of 450–550 MPa, and elongation of approximately 25–30%. Physically, they are highly resistant to stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion and have a very high melting point of about 1350°C. Their stability under harsh chemical and mechanical conditions makes them most suitable for extreme environments of high pressure and corrosive media.
