Inconel 800 Bar is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with superior resistance to oxidation and carburization at high temperatures. Its chemical composition consists of Nickel (Ni) 30–35%, Chromium (Cr) 19–23%, Iron (Fe) balance, Aluminum (Al) 0.15–0.60%, Titanium (Ti) 0.15–0.60%, Carbon (C) ≤0.10%, and traces of Manganese, Silicon, and Sulfur. It provides tensile strength up to 600 MPa, yield strength approximately 275 MPa, and elongation of 30%. The alloy is of a density of 7.94 g/cm³ and a melting point of around 1357–1385°C, making it long-lasting under high-temperature applications.
