Beryllium Copper Round Bars generally consist of 1.8–2.0% Beryllium, 0.3% Cobalt, and the rest Copper (around 97.7–97.9%). These bars have a tensile strength of 1100–1400 MPa, yield strength of approximately 700 MPa, and a range of hardness values of 38–44 HRC following heat treatment. They possess good electrical conductivity, measuring between 22–28% IACS, and a density of approximately 8.26 g/cm³. The melting point of the alloy is in the range 870°C–980°C, it possesses great fatigue strength, is non-magnetic, and shows excellent thermal and electrical behavior in harsh conditions.
