Rene 41 Round Bars consist of Nickel (≈50%), Chromium (19%), Cobalt (11%), Molybdenum (10%), Titanium (3.15%), Aluminum (1.5%), and traces of Carbon (≤0.09%), Boron (≤0.01%), and Iron (balance). This high-strength alloy provides superior mechanical strength with a tensile strength of approximately 1240 MPa, yield strength of 965 MPa, and elongation of about 14%. It possesses a density of 8.36 g/cm³ and a melting point of approximately 1390°C. Rene 41 possesses structural stability and resistance to oxidation at high temperatures and is therefore well suited for long-term exposure in severe thermal conditions.
