Niobium Bars usually comprise Niobium (≥99.9%) with impurities like Tantalum (≤0.1%), Iron (≤0.05%), Titanium (≤0.01%), and Tungsten (≤0.05%). These bars provide superior ductility and corrosion resistance. Niobium mechanically possesses a tensile strength of approximately 275 MPa, yield strength of 170 MPa, and elongation of approximately 40%. Niobium has a density of 8.57 g/cm³ and a high melting point of around 2477°C, with excellent thermal conductivity and superconducting behavior. Due to its high purity and resistance to aggressive chemicals, it can be used in high-performance and high-temperature applications.
