MP35N Round Bar is an alloy made up of Nickel (33%–37%), Cobalt (33%–37%), Chromium (19%–21%), and Molybdenum (9%–10.5%), with small amounts of Iron, Carbon, and Silicon. It provides superior mechanical strength with tensile strength of as much as 2068 MPa, yield strength of about 1793 MPa, and elongation of about 30%. The density of the alloy is 8.43 g/cm³ and melting point of about 1399°C. MP35N is non-magnetic and is resistant to corrosion, stress cracking, and hydrogen embrittlement and is therefore ideal for harsh and high-stress environments.
