Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Bolts contain Nickel (30-35%), Chromium (19-23%), and Iron (balance), along with the additions of Carbon (maximum 0.10% for 800, 0.05–0.10% for 800H, and 0.06–0.10% for 800HT), Aluminum (0.15–0.60%), and Titanium (0.15–0.60%). Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Bolts are made with good tensile strength ranging between 520 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 30%. Its melting point is near 1357°C. They possess good creep and rupture strength, corrosion resistance, and thermal stability, which suits them well for high-temperature conditions along with structural integrity under mechanical loads.

Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Bolts have extensive application where there is a requirement for high oxidation and carburization resistance at high temperatures.
