Alloy C263 Sheets and Plates consist of about 50–55% Nickel, 19–21% Chromium, 19–21% Cobalt, 5.6–6.1% Molybdenum, 0.6% Titanium, 2.1% Iron, and trace amounts of Aluminum (~0.5%) and Carbon (<0.06%). The composition ensures high-temperature strength and resistance to oxidation. They have tensile strength of 850–1100 MPa and yield strength of 500–700 MPa, with elongation of about 20–25%. In physical terms, Alloy C263 weighs 8.36 g/cm³ and melts at around 1355°C. It also remains stable and strong at temperatures of up to 900°C, which suits it for environments with high stress and heat levels.
