MP35N is a cobalt-nickel-based alloy that has about Cobalt (35%), Nickel (35%), Chromium (20%), and Molybdenum (10%). It also consists of trace levels of Iron (<1%) and Carbon (<0.025%). This alloy exhibits good corrosion resistance, high yield strength (up to 1793 MPa), and tensile strength (up to 2068 MPa), in addition to possessing good ductility (elongation ~30%). MP35N possesses a melting range of 1399–1454°C and a density of 8.43 g/cm³. Its non-magnetic properties and high fatigue resistance make it well-suited for high-stress, critical applications.
