AWS Class ERNiFeCr-1 MIG and TIG Filler Welding Wire and Rod contain chemical composition of Nickel (Ni ~66%), Iron (Fe ~9%), Chromium (Cr ~22%), Manganese (Mn ≤1%), Silicon (Si ≤0.5%), Carbon (C ≤0.03%), and traces of other elements. They possess good mechanical properties like tensile strength approximately 760 MPa, yield strength approximately 340 MPa, and elongation of 35%. Physically, it possesses a density of approximately 8.4 g/cm³ and a melting range of 1350–1400°C, providing stability in extreme temperatures and resistance to aggressive environments.
