AWS Class ERNICRMO-14 MIG and TIG Filler Welding Wire and Rod generally consist of Nickel (Ni ~58–63%), Chromium (Cr ~20–24%), Molybdenum (Mo ~7–9%), Tungsten (W ~3–4.5%), Cobalt (Co ≤2.5%), and trace elements like Iron (Fe ≤1%), Manganese (Mn ≤1%), Silicon (Si ≤0.5%), and Carbon (C ≤0.015%). These elements make it ideal for having better corrosion resistance and high strength. The general mechanical properties are tensile strength of around 760 MPa, yield strength of around 360 MPa, and elongation of 30–35%. Physical properties are a density of ~8.4 g/cm³ and melting range of 1320–1370°C, providing resistance to extreme conditions.
