AWS Class ERNiCrMo-13 MIG and TIG Filler Wire and Rod has around 50–58% Nickel (Ni), 20–24% Chromium (Cr), 10–12.5% Molybdenum (Mo), 1.5–3% Tungsten (W), 2–4% Cobalt (Co), and up to 5% Iron (Fe). Trace elements are Manganese (≤1%), Silicon (≤0.5%), and Carbon (≤0.03%). The alloy possesses superior mechanical strength with tensile strength of 760–850 MPa, yield strength about 550 MPa, and elongation 25–35%. With a melting point of over 1300°C and a density close to 8.6 g/cm³, ERNiCrMo-13 is perfect for withstanding pitting, stress corrosion cracking, and oxidation in harsh industrial environments.
