Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Bars contain as the major element Nickel (30–35%), Iron (remainder), Chromium (19–23%), Carbon (up to 0.10% in case of 800HT), Aluminum (0.15–0.60%), and Titanium (0.15–0.60%). They have high mechanical properties such as tensile strength of around 600 MPa, yield strength of 275 MPa, and elongation of 30%. Their physical properties consist of a density of 7.94 g/cm³ and a melting range of 1357°C to 1385°C. These bars show great oxidation, sulfidation, and carburization resistance, hence being very suitable for exposure in harsh conditions over a long time at high temperatures.
