Incoloy 825 Forged Fittings are produced with a chemical composition of Nickel (38–46%), Iron (min 22%), Chromium (19.5–23.5%), Molybdenum (2.5–3.5%), Copper (1.5–3%), and Titanium (0.6–1.2%), along with Carbon (max 0.05%), Manganese (max 1%), and Silicon (max 0.5%). These fittings have good mechanical properties such as tensile strength of 690 MPa, yield strength of 275 MPa, and elongation of 30%. Their physical properties are density of 8.14 g/cm³ and a melting point of 1370–1400°C, providing better resistance to oxidation, pitting, crevice corrosion, and acidic media.
