Incoloy 825 Valves comprise Nickel (38–46%), Iron (balance, minimum 22%), Chromium (19.5–23.5%), Molybdenum (2.5–3.5%), Copper (1.5–3%), and Titanium (0.6–1.2%), with traces of Carbon (max 0.05%) and Manganese (max 1%). These valves possess outstanding mechanical properties like tensile strength of 690 MPa, yield strength of 275 MPa, and elongation of 30%. Physical properties involve density of 8.14 g/cm³, melting point of ~1370°C, and good oxidation resistance, pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking resistance in both acidic as well as in chloride environments.
