Copper Nickel Nuts are usually produced in 90/10 (90% Copper, 10% Nickel) or 70/30 (70% Copper, 30% Nickel) alloys, along with other elements such as Iron (1.5–2.5%) and Manganese (0.5–1.0%) for increased strength and resistance to corrosion. The nuts have a tensile strength of 275–500 MPa and a yield strength of 105–150 MPa, as well as an elongation value of 30%–45%. The density is around 8.9 g/cm³, and the melting point is from 1170°C to 1240°C. Copper Nickel Nuts are perfect for applications in harsh marine, thermal, and chemical environments.
