Copper Nickel Sheets and Plates, specifically the 90/10 (Cu-Ni) grade, have about Copper 88.6–90%, Nickel 9–11%, Iron ≤1.8%, Manganese ≤1%, and trace elements ≤0.5%. The alloys provide tensile strength of 280–390 MPa, yield strength of 100–150 MPa, and elongation of 30–40%. Having a density of 8.9 g/cm³ and melting point of ~1170–1240°C, they are renowned for excellent thermal conductivity and resistance to biofouling and seawater corrosion. Their excellent strength-to-weight ratio, weldability, and resistance to high-pressure, high-temperature conditions qualify them for use in many industrial and marine applications.
