Copper Nickel 70/30 Sheet and Plate has nearly 70% Copper and 30% Nickel with minor additions of Iron (0.4–1.0%) and Manganese (0.5–1.0%) for increased corrosion resistance and strength. This alloy offers high mechanical properties with 320–500 MPa tensile strength, approximately 130–250 MPa yield strength, and elongation of 30–45%. Its density is 8.9 g/cm³ and its melting point is approximately 1170°C. It possesses satisfactory thermal conductivity (~50 W/m·K) and electrical conductivity of the order 5–8% IACS and thus is very dependable for heat and corrosion-critical applications.
