Nickel Alloy Slitting Coil, most generally made up of Nickel 200 or allied grades, includes Nickel (≥99.0%), and little content of Iron (≤0.4%), Manganese (≤0.35%), Copper (≤0.25%), Silicon (≤0.35%), and Carbon (≤0.15%). These coils provide tensile strength of about 380 MPa, yield strength of 105 MPa, and elongation of about 45%. In physical form, they possess a density of 8.89 g/cm³ and melting point of around 1446°C. Nickel alloy coils are also known for their good thermal and electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance chemicals, and non-magnetic properties, which suit them in high-performance applications.
