Copper Nickel 70/30 Forged Fittings consist of 70% Copper and 30% Nickel, with small amounts of Iron (0.4–0.6%) and Manganese (0.4–1.0%) to enhance strength and corrosion resistance. These fittings provide tensile strength between 320 and 500 MPa, yield strength of 120–150 MPa, and elongation of 30–40%. They possess a density of around 8.95 g/cm³ and a melting range of 1170°C to 1240°C. With a proven record of withstanding seawater corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, and biofouling, these forged fittings also show high thermal conductivity and can thrive in high-pressure and aggressive environments.
