Copper Nickel 90/10 Tube Fittings are made up of 90% Copper and 10% Nickel, with traces of Iron (1.8%) and Manganese (1%) to provide strength and corrosion resistance. These fittings contain tensile strength of 275–345 MPa, yield strength of about 105 MPa, and elongation ratio of 30–40%. Physical properties are density of 8.9 g/cm³, melting point of 1100–1145°C, and negligible electrical conductivity of 10–12% IACS. The excellent resistance of the alloy against seawater corrosion, erosion, and biofouling makes it ideal for sea and high-stress applications.
