Copper Nickel 70/30 Bolts are made up of 70% Copper and 30% Nickel, along with small amounts of Iron (0.4–0.6%) and Manganese (0.4–1.0%) for improving mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. The bolts have a tensile strength of 320–500 MPa and yield strength of 120–150 MPa, and elongation percentages of 30–40%. They have a density of around 8.95 g/cm³ and melting point of 1170°C to 1240°C. Cu-Ni 70/30 bolts have a superior resistance to seawater corrosion, erosion, and stress corrosion cracking, as well as good thermal conductivity, making them dependable under high-pressure, high-salinity conditions.
