Copper Nickel 70/30 Flanges consist of 70% Copper and 30% Nickel, with minor additions of Iron (0.4–0.6%) and Manganese (0.4–1.0%) for strength and corrosion resistance. These flanges provide tensile strength between 320–500 MPa, yield strength of 120–150 MPa, and elongation of 30–40%. Their density is about 8.95 g/cm³ and melting point is between 1170°C to 1240°C. Reputed for having good seawater corrosion resistance, stress cracking, and biofouling, these flanges also possess good thermal conductivity and are particularly suited for saline, high-temperature, and high-pressure operating conditions.
