Copper Nickel 70/30 Pipes are made of about 70% Copper and 30% Nickel, along with minor amounts of Iron (0.4–0.6%) and Manganese (0.4–1.0%) for added strength and corrosion resistance. These pipes have a tensile strength of 320–500 MPa, yield strength of 120–150 MPa, and elongation of 30–40%. With a density of 8.95 g/cm³ and melting point of approximately 1170–1240°C, they have superior resistance to seawater, erosion, and biofouling. Their mechanical stability and good thermal conductivity render them apt for application in high-temperature, high-pressure, and saltwater-based systems.
