Copper Nickel 70/30 Stud Bolts consist of 70% Copper and 30% Nickel with minor additions of Iron (0.4–0.6%) and Manganese (0.4–1.0%) to enhance strength and corrosion resistance. These bolts have a tensile strength of 320–500 MPa, yield strength of 120–150 MPa, and elongation of 30–40%. Their density is about 8.95 g/cm³, with a melting point ranging from 1170°C to 1240°C. Cu-Ni 70/30 exhibits outstanding resistance to corrosion in seawater, erosion, and stress cracking, together with good heat conductivity, which makes these stud bolts well suited to high-pressure and saltwater-exposed applications.
