Copper Nickel 70/30 Tube consists of 70% copper, 30% nickel with trace elements such as iron (up to 0.4%) and manganese (up to 1%) added to improve mechanical properties and resistance to corrosion. It provides a tensile strength of approximately 520 MPa, a yield strength of 150 MPa, and elongation of 30%, thus providing superior mechanical performance. Physically, the tubing has a density of 8.94 g/cm³, a melting point of 1170°C, and thermal conductivity of 29 W/m·K.
