Nickel Alloy Valves are normally made of Nickel 200 having Nickel (≥99.0%), Iron (≤0.4%), Manganese (≤0.35%), Copper (≤0.25%), Silicon (≤0.35%), and Carbon (≤0.15%). These valves provide a tensile strength of about 380 MPa, a yield strength of 105 MPa, and elongation of up to 45%. The material’s density is 8.89 g/cm³, and its melting point is around 1446°C. Nickel alloy valves are not magnetic, highly conductive, and have superior resistance to caustic alkalis, neutral and alkaline salt solutions, and reducing chemicals and are, therefore, best suited for high-performance, corrosive conditions.
