Super Duplex Ball Valves consist of an alloying mixture of roughly 50-55% iron, 25-30% chromium, 3-5% nickel, 3-5% molybdenum, with minute proportions of nitrogen (0.1–0.3%), tungsten, and manganese. The alloys are extremely resistant to pitting, crevice, and stress corrosion cracking. Mechanically, they have high tensile strength (~800-1000 MPa), yield strength (~550 MPa), and elongation of approximately 25%. With a density of 7.8 g/cm³, Super Duplex Ball Valves also have good impact toughness and superior performance in high temperatures and aggressive environments, providing long-term reliability and operating efficiency.
