Inconel Check Valves are generally manufactured from alloys such as Inconel 625 or 718. The chemical content comprises Nickel (Ni) ≥58%, Chromium (Cr) 20–23%, Molybdenum (Mo) 8–10%, Niobium + Tantalum (Nb + Ta) 3.15–4.15%, and Iron (Fe) ≤5%, and traces of Aluminum, Titanium, Manganese, Silicon, and Carbon (≤0.10%). The valves provide a tensile strength of approximately 827 MPa, yield strength of 414 MPa, and elongation of up to 30%. It has a density of 8.44 g/cm³ and melts at a range of 1290–1350°C. It offers exceptional mechanical strength and pitting resistance, oxidation, and high-temperature fatigue.
